Help: How does one configure the start-up directory for powerpoint

I would like to configure powerpoint so when I open it, it will starts in a
directory other than my documents.

Help wasn't much help, and a google search yielded mostly posts about
problems with auto-run.

Peter,
Select Tools | Options | Save tab.
In the default file location, enter the desired path.
