I'm using Outlook 2003. i was able to drag my contact when sending ne
mails. But the contact format was different as in (let Outlook decid
the best sending format)and (Send using Rich file format). Is there an
way for me to change all contact format to (let Outlook decide the bes
sending format) in one shot as i have hundreds of contact. Thank

You are not posting a suggestion. You are posting a question, and doing so
without providing any information.
What makes you think the "contact format" has anything to do with this? What
do you mean "it was different?" If you made some changes, state clearly what
they are. State what you mean by "I was able to drag a Contact" and what you
can't do now that you could before.

Sorry for the blur information. Firstly, the issue is that i was no
able to send mails that has the contact properties of (Send using Ric
file format), but i was able to send mail with properties of (le
Outlook decide the best sending format). is there anyway that i wa
able to change the properties besides changing one by one? Thank

No. Outlook sets this property automatically depending on the version,
transport, and address type. It is never an issue under normal usage. Why it
has become one for you remains a mystery since we know none of the above.

I not sure also why some of the contacts become RTF. Is there
possiblilies that the format for Hotmail contacts are different fro
Outlook 2003 contact format? Cause actually i did a testing.......
send a mail to Outlook account and from there, i save the contac
address, but when i wan to send mail from Outlook to hotmail ( usin
the contact i just save from hotmail to Outlook), i cannot receive th
mail. But when i manual type in the address for Outlook contact, i wa
able to receive.... Can i conclude that my inital problem ( having RT
format) is due to the difference format for my Hotmail and Outlook
Thank
