Help!!! How to Compact a MDB in C++ ?

I use Ole DB ADO in C++ with Access MDB file ,but how can i compact a MDB
file (sometime MDB become HUGE!! and slowly), I'm a newer about this,Does
anybody help me ,Example code is the best!
