Help!!!How to recovery project server 2003

I have new install project server 2003 in a new server.Please tell me how to
recover project 2003 from origina to this new server.
I have read Project Server 2003 Disaster Recovery Guide.pdf,but I also cant
recovery it.Please tell me step by step to do it.
project server 2003+wss2+sql2000+windows2003

The source server is run well,now I have replacing hardware and installing
the operating system in a new server.

I will list the install process of target server.
1.install OS win2003 and give it the same name as the original server and
add into domain.
2.install iis and win2k3 sp1 and sql2000+sp4
3.install Wss2.0 without sp2
4.configure Wss2.0
new build a configure database,and new build a content database,when
finished it ,install wss2.0 service pack 1.0
application pool all run with a domain account(for example
(e-mail address removed),is belong to local administrators)
5.install projectserver2003 and sp1
6.restore Wss configure database and content database and project database
7.I found content database list is empty.
