HELP how to remove user initials from document

I have a document which was reviewed by an individual other than the
author. The reviewer inserted text and comments each of which reveal their
name when the cursor is positioned over them. How can remove the reviewers
identification? Can I use { USERINITIALS ["NewInitials"] }? and if so how?

Accept changes under "Track Changes" under the Tools menu.

See the MVP FAQ: <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/> which is awesome!

If I do that how can I then send the author a copy of the manuscript with
the changes highlighted?

You can't. You said you wanted to remove the tracking initials. The way to
do that is to remove the tracking.

BTW please adjust your newsreader application to send plain text. What I get
on my screen from your messages is so tiny I have to put on my reading
glasses to read it.

It is more readable but still not in plain text format. It is in html format
which is non-standard on these newsgroups.
