Help! How to Submit infopath form to the uri that the form resides

Help! I have created a template library which i will implement it in many
sites. For example, https://projects.today.com/she/buk/,
https://projects.today.com/she/scc/.. and so on. Now my data connection is a
fixed url whcih i specified it in the Data Connection Wizzrd sharepoint form
library.

How can i get the uri that the form resides and submit to the correct
sharepoint library form?

I want my uri to be dynamic meaning if my infopath form template is resided
in https://projects.today.com/she/buk/, i woud like to submit it to
https://projects.today.com/she/buk/ and if my form template is resided in
https://projects.today.com/she/scc/, i would like to submit it to
https://projects.today.com/she/scc/.

Can this be done using submit rules and action?

If not, how can i do it? Can provide me with codes?

Where are you submitting the form using Data Connection ??
Are you submitting using web services ??
