Help! I am makeing a form used by multiple personel Help!!!!!

I am createing a form that certain fields need to be
restricted based on login name to be able to change that
field other unauthorized users will only be able to view
what is in that field but not change it. hwo do I do that.

Her is my example Joe the manager whats to be the only one
able to change the aproved field on a order form. How is
that done or is it possible using access 2002
