HELP I CAN NOT LAUNCH OUTLOOK!!!!!!

I get 5 error messages..
The first two have the same path up to addins and different ends

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\addins\

MSSPC.ECF & PMAIL ext.e....
The next two have the same endings but different path

C:\progra!1\micros~2\office11\addins\

Lastly I get this

The file add-in PMAILEXT.ECF is missing or is not valid. Go to Detect and
Repair and so on.....

Detect and repair did nothing to help.
