Help! I can't access my DB after I secure the DB

I was playing with the security area of Access trying to figure out how to
set up password for certian users. Some how I got into Secure DB Workgroup
and now I can't open the DB or access it from my C# applicaton. Can someone
help me on how I can get in to the DB again? When I try to Open the DB it
says that I have no access permission.

I'm running Access2000 on Windows 2000.
