HELP!! I can't find any macros but get the macro warning

Excel has its own macros. Depending on the level of
security which you select as default, you will see the
Macro message every time, relating to the macros used by
Excel for its own housekeeping.

Where was the macro located? If it was placed in a standard module, e.g. Module1, then you need to remove the module. Right-click the module and select Remove.

Beth-
Originally the macro was located in a module, but I erased it. There are no more macros remaining in the workbook and I have made sure that all the worksheet windows are empty. I am not sure why the warning will not go away. Strangely enough, once I have opened the workbook, click the warning button and then close it, I can open it again (as long as I haven't rebooted) and the warning does not show up. Is it possible there is some connection with using pivot tables in the workbook?

Thanks for your help!!
