Help! I can't get outlook to start up

For some reason, Outlook (2003) won't start up. I put in my disk, and it
won't reloard from there. Any tips?

Sorry, your question is really not clear.
- Can you start Outlook in safe mode (with the /safe program switch)?
- You put in your disk; are you trying to reinstall Outlook?
- Have you tried a reinstall or repair from Add/Remove Programs?
