help , i cant insert vcard using wordmail

hi all i'm new, i have a problem i can't create message using Wordmail and
Use the Insert option to
insert a .vcf file i need the options for work please if wsomeone can halp
me ...

anyway i've tried many way to solve this problem and i can't belive that a
so simple task cannot be done by using word duh!
