Help! I can't open DB after I have it secured

Help! I have created a database and it's relationship. I was just playing
with the security menu wanting to set up a passowrd for the database and
somehow got into workgroup security report and setup. I now can not open the
database. I am logged into my PC as an Administrator. ACCess now says I
don't have the necessary permission to open the database. How can I get back
the access to my database?
I'm using Access2000 on Window 2000.
