Help! I know what I want to achieve, but how?!!!

I am currently using Frontpage 2000 and want to annotate hotspots on a
graphic.

For example, on a map of the UK, I want to hotspot each county and when you
hover over the county with your mouse, I want it to show the name of the
county. Can this be done in frontpage?

I think what I'm trying to do might be called Remote Text Swapping on Image

go to www.jimcoaddins.com he's got a thing called hot spot tool tips. if
that isn't what you had in mind post back.

if it's not just a "tool tip" you may want to do multiple image swaps.
there is a program from www.ulead.com it's called smart saver pro. take the
free demo and fool around with it. the only thing wrong with the program is
that it's only got a windows help file for instruction and in my opinion it
deserves at least a PDF manual that you can print and read.
