Help I need somebody Word/Excel 2007 Beta

..I am trying to open some old word & excel 2003 docs I keep getting an error
message," Word cannot open this document template, (C:\...\jwpack.dot)" . I
get this same message when I try to just open the program Word/Excel 2007 but
when I click ok to open the program it will open. However the Word/Excel 2003
files previously saved will not open. Please if any one can help.
