Help! I need to be able to display a current record

Here is my problem. I have created a Time and Billing database from the templates in Access 2002. I have entered in several different records. In the "Print Invoice" screen it display the first record. Then when I go to print the Invoice of all the records I have entered it displays the record ID and all its coresponding fields yet the time and expenses displays that of the first record. How can this be corrected?
