Help icon in upper right corner of ribbon

Is there any way to access the properties of the help icon that appears to
the extreme right of the ribbon? I'd like to change the screentip and
supertip for it to be specific to my application instead of the current
message regarding getting help for Microsoft Office.

I can't seem to find it in any of the ribbon documentation. (Limited as
that is, of course.)
