Help I'm an illiterate trying to backup my bosses computer!

Okay, here's the deal. My boss knows NOTHING about her
computer. I know TEENSY. Seriously, our abilities are in
the creative arts and these things just confound me.

I'm trying to back up her computer files. All of them.
On a CD device.

The backup starts...time elapses...but no processing is
done and then I get an error message to specify the new
file path.

Huh?

Where?

I thought I did that already when I specified the drive to
back-up to.

Please don't think I'm a dope. You can ask me questions
about writing movies, I can help you.

But, this...I need help!

thanks!

You should really post this to a group that deals with operating systems
since backup is a part of windows. Try finding a group that supports your
Version of Windows in the msnews.microsoft.com news groups.
