HELP Import Date Format??

D

dave

I've recently completed an import from Access to the Outlook calendar. All
went well, The data looks great in my calendar. Then I shared the folder
with three other users. All seems okay except for one users calendar. The
entries in this user's calendar commence(start) at 11pm. During the mapping
of the field, I mapped the start date excluding the start time. The other
two users have start times of 8am. I feel it has something to do with the
work station. Are there any parameters or settings which need adjustment, so
we can have this guy's calendar start time equaling ours?

Hi Diane

Wouldn't ya know it... The 'automatic adjust for daylight saving" wasn't
set.
After setting it the display snapped into shape.
Thanks

first thing to check is the clock, times zones and daylight time settings.
