Help in project web access

I am EPM Engineer . I have implemented EPM 2003 in the company.

now the various problems in project web access at team members are facing .
which are when the user click on tasks at upper bar then message is
displaying "loading..." but after few minutes still no timesheet is appearing.

2nd problem is that when the user want to create new task and click on
create task
and new task page is appear then the date control is not displaying on that
page.

pls tell me the solution of this problem . and the solution of all the
common problems of project web access.
