help in resolving "Path does not exist"

Hi,

I have a company laptop that sends and recieves emails successfully when I'm
logged onto the network (wirelessly).

However, when I'm at home and load my laptop up (using the domain name, not
standalone) I get "Path does not exist" when I click send and recieve.

Can you help ?
