This happened in Word 2000. I already read KB Article 319956. It said that
when you have Office 2000 and 2003 components installed, this can happen, but
I actually think it's the result of a security update of some sort. They
always screw up the help.
The article says to change the Permissions in the Registry for
MsoHelpAWDlg\CLSID and MsoHelpKeyDlg\CLSID in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. The problem
is that there is no CLSID key for either of those.
Am I doomed to no longer have a decently working online help for my Office
2000 products, or does someone have a real solution?
Thanks.
