help install office 2007 trial

Hello,
I recently ordered the Microsoft Office 2007 trial and it's product key. For
some reason, it is not downloading. I tried the 2003 and it's the same
problem. I have ordered the trial software over 4 times and same problem,
they're not downloading when I click the download button.
please help !
