Help. Interactive link with Outlook

Please help!
I have an Access data base linked to an Outlook data
base. When I update info I have to manually do it in
both. How can I get the info to automaticaaly update from
one to the other and vice versa??? Is this possible???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
