I left a post the other day under Business Contact Manager with no response
so I'm trying again...
I read where it suggested to go to: the Services file from Run, and
found the file: MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ
It is set to automatic but showed it was stopped. When I clicked Start, I
get this message:
Could not start MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ Service on local computer. Error
3: The system cannot find the path specified.
Is there anyone out there who can help me on this or direct me to who can?
so I'm trying again...
I'm using Office Professional 2003 and have had this occur before but have
forgotten how to fix it:
When Outlook is opening up, I get this message: BCM for Outlook Database
cannot be loaded . The action cannot be completed because BCM cannot access
the database. The database is currently stopped. Do you want to change the
database config?
What do I do to be able to open up my BCM and see my contacts and history?
