Help! Large Graphics on Word - How can I make it smaller?

Hello,

I am on Word 2003 version. I created a half page post
card via "label" route. I have put in 1 black and white
sketch graphic and the rest are text boxes with a yahoo
map for direction.

When I sent the file, it says the file was 1030k? How can
I make this post card smaller for faster download? Should
I get rid of the map? Help!

have you tried to compress the black and white, then zip
it up? as for the map, you can always send it from yahoo
itself so that you don't over burden your server.
