HELP..Locked out of Database

Hi all,
Hope someone can help me, I have somehow managed to lock
myself out of my database It says to see the admin thats
me only user, I have just spent about 5 weeks puting it
together and I need to get back in. Hope someone can help
me

Ken Snell

Not knowing what you set up, try holding the Shift key down while you open
the database. Unless you disabled the "Shift key bypass", that will open the
database without running startup forms and code.
