Help: lost product ID

I'm still using Office 98 on my original model G4 at home [ Have X on the
new business Pbook, but not worth u/grade at home]

After a series of crashes and gremlins [too boring to describe], I decided
to do a complete wipe and reinstall on the HD.

But I've lost the Office product ID.

I have the CD, complete with yellow sticker and CD Key Number.

But how do I find/replace the product ID.

I didn't back up the apps, because I planned on doing clean installs of them
all from the various CDs.

Any suggestions?

Also, I am desperate to use MS Project again, but the originals are all
diskettes. Do I have to buy a diskette drive, or can they be swapped for a
CD.

When you reinstall, it asks for the CD key, and generates a Product ID from
that. You don't need it.

You probably need to download some patches for 98 from mactopia.com, you
might want to back those up to have handy.
