HELP!!!! Made a mistake with my normal template!

help me please, i was typing up a report, and i accidently saved it in template, normal, so now every time i open up word or a new document the same report comes up and it is really frustrating me i have tried everything and i dont know how to make it just a blank document, when I open word, please can some one help me i am going crazy here thank you, Victoria
