Help making church directory

We want to make a church directory, landscape folded and stapled in the
middle. But, we don't know how to sort the pages so when you put the
directory pages together and the booklet is folded the pages and title page
come out OK.

How do we do this the easy way? How about if we were to want to add a
family's name, address, etc. and everything is shifted to a different page.

For a start, you might look up "Create a folded booklet" in Word's built-in
Help.

The directory itself might be one large table. Tables have operations to
insert a row (to add a family). There are also useful choices under
Table > Table properties
