Help Me Get Rid Of Permanent Words Appearing in all New Documents

got a new computer and somehow entered 2 words that are permanently appearing
in all new (supposedly blank) documents.

can not get rid of them. (have tried messing with templates, but no luck)

does anyone out there know how i can get rid of them?? yikes!!

Use Windows search to find normal.dot - then delete it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
