Hello !


I've got a big problem : I can't write any character into office ! (word and
excell) !!

It work so fine since 2 months....I don't understand !

I can do everything...but no writing any character !!!


Help me please.....I'm disappointed...

Need more information. Do you get any error messages. Exactly what happens
when you try to type in Word or Excel. Did you load any new software, or
delete anything? Did anything change just before you discovered this
problem?

Hello !

I can do everything until wrtite with the keyboard (cut and past, load,
write, etc....is enable)

I try to install other version of office but the problem is the same !

I'm disappointed... :-(

Ok, there is no need to panic on this one...

1 , firstly, you need to check if your keyboard is
working.

Goto Start -> (all programs) -> Accessories -> Notepad.

Do some typing there... if it works, then the keyboard is
fine skip to step 2. If not, stop and get someone to
replace the keyboard, and repeat the test.

2, Check that your text isn't the same colour as the
background. (usually white)

on most office programs, text color is on the 'drawing'
toolbar. it appears as a capital A, with a small coloured
line below. Click this button and you will get lots of
colours. Choose Automatic.

Now try typing in word again. if it works, great!
you're all fixed. if not, email me directly with as much
information as possible. i need; the version of Office;
the version of Windows; and if test one worked; at the
very least.
