Help Me See

I have a database with a bunch of reports that get exported to PDF each
month. I'd like to put the database on the company Intranet for access by 40+
users. However, they would need to only be able to access their own reports.
They don't need to see others' data, for reasons I won't go into.

I work at a bank with 11 branches. Each branch has its own server, and no
branch can access the server of another branch. However, we do have a special
"drive" that our SecAdmin setup for us. We use this drive to publish the
reports to PDF each month. However, I'd really like to make these reports
display dynamic, real-time data in HTML. I know it can be done with
ColdFusion (and I know how to do that), but I'm not sure the bank will go
that route. Are there any other and/or better ways to do this?

Many thanks, and Happy New Year to those who celebrate it.
