Hi
I am a computer novice. In my home town (Bangalore, India), there is an
election to a health university. I suspect that this election is being
fixed by enrolling bogus voters. The voters list is published as a RTF
document that has been offline for a few days being replaced with a GIF
image (hence my suspicion) I have access to this RTF document. Is there
any way that I can analyze this document to see when changes were made
- such as addition of a large number of voters in a short period of
time. I would be grateful for any suggestions ASAP - the election is on
05.July.2006 (so that we can take legal action). We suspect a wide
scale rigging of votes to perpetuate a fraud that has been going for
some time. The link to the site is http://203.200.41.66/se/index.htm
As you will see this is only a GIF image. I will be able to provide the
RTF document to you if you feel able to help. Please mail me at
(e-mail address removed)
Thank you in anticipation.
Regards
MJ Reddy
