I cannot use my address book from Word. It says that log
on failed to Microsoft Exchange. What do I need to do?
I would like to be able to merge addresses onto cards and
letters!

Which version of Word do you have? Do you use Microsoft Outlook Contacts for
your addresses?

Hi Lady

I had that trouble with MS exchange and did not have a
clue what to do but what I did so was convert my address
book to a regular address database and use ti the merge
addresses. Go to:

http://www.btinternet.com/~kevin.james1/Ralph.htm

There you will find procedures to download to tell you how
to convert your address book to a regular address database
and how to use it with either Word or Works to merge
addresses. These procedures are based on Works Suite
2001. Any questions repost.

Can you export your address book to CSV format and use that file as your
database?
