cutting off about 2.75" from the bottom. After
checking the margins setup, it shows that it's 2.75" when
it should be 1", it's easy to change it but what we want
is something that'll fix it for once. Can anyone help me
here?

No prizes for guessing that you are using an HP LaserJet? Get the latest
driver from HP and it should fix the bug.
