HELP - Measurment must be between 0" and 22"

I am working with a document that the top margin is set to 0" and I am trying
to go back in and fix it because it's cutting off the top of my document.
Each time I go into Page Setup up - I can't click on anything because I get
the error message of Measurment must be between 0" and 22".........What do I
do...I've never seen this before.

That measurement would be one of the page dimensions (22" is the maximum
height and/or width for a Word document). Perhaps this is set incorrectly?

It may be that your template is damaged or your printer driver is partially
corrupt. Try deleting and reinstalling the printer driver first.
