HELP! Merge multiple records in 1 document

Desiree

Okay, I've already posted once & I know that I am the queen of no patience but I've seen everyone else's post being responded to and AAAUUUGGGHHHH I'm stuck

Here's my original one: I am trying to do a mass merge for a letter that is going out to multiple kids. Some kids are from the same family/address & I would like for all of their "merged info" to be included on 1 letter if they live at the same address instead of each child getting a separate letter. I've searched everywhere and it's all greek to me. Can you give me some help???? Thanks!

In case I wasn't clear, I want to be able to print the following in individual letters

Suzy Jones, balance due $149.0
Tommy Jones, balance due $149.0

but since the next child's last name is Smith, his information prints on the next page

Billy Smith, balance due $109.00
