help Migrating project server2003

I need Migrating project server2003 from one server to another server in one
domain.
I find I cant simply move database from one server to another because if i
do so I cant see document keep in the Project for incorrect address.
Can anyone teach me how to migrate it or give me step by step document.
I am a newer.
