help? missing file "ClacStmp.dll"

Cannot find in a file search? dont really know what I am
doing? anyone?
I'd like to know how to get the missing file back where it
is suppose to be. And to find out why my comp. is unable
to find, it was there at one time.

Elibrium's "MySoftware" brand uses a file by that name.
Check the support site at http://elibrium.com or reinstall
the MySoftware/Proventure software on your PC.
