Help MSWord Crash

MSWord 2002 with Office XP Pro

Every time I open Word a box pops up that says:
"Micosoft Visual C++ Runtime error
Program: c:\....winword.exe
Abnoraml Program Terminations"

I click on "OK" and word closes. When I open word again, it opens in the
safe mode.

Any suggestions? thanks.

There's an add-in of Macro running that is incompatible with your version of
Word. See
