I'm editing a huge MS Word doc that has over 85,000 text hyperlinks,
each of which has its own unique URL. My task is to: 1) remove each
URL from the text link, and 2) then insert a new URL into each text
link.
My question is this; is there a quick way to delete all of the old
URLs from the text? MS Word's "Help" directory wasn't any help. Seems
the only way to delete the old URLs, at least according to MS, is to
go through the painstaking task of deleting all 85,000 URLs one by
one. That's going to take at least 40 hours.
I've tried different "highlight and delete" commands, but nothing
worked. Is there some other quicker solution? Thanks! Jim Pflaum -
