Help my brother

My brother, on my computer, can only receive e-mails from people that use the
computer, i.e. me, my other siblings, and my parents. Microsoft outlook
2003. He needs to be able to recieive e-mails from other people.

Sorry, not enough info to go on. What kind of mail account is he using? Are
there error message? Does he use his own Windows login & Outlook profile?
