Help, My Pocket PC no longer recognizes outlook. Suggestions?

Help, my HP jornada used to work just fine with Outlook. Then all the sudden
out of no-where it started giving me this message: "Microsoft Outlook is no
longer installed, so ActiveSync cannot continue to run. To continue
synchronization, reinstall Microsoft Outlook. If you no longer want to
synchronize your data disable synchronization in ActiveSync." Outlook is
definitely still installed. I can connect to the mobile device, transfer
files, and it still syncs my favorites, but not the calendar, inbox, or
contacts (all the stuff I actually care about). Has anyone ever seen this
before?
