Help. My Word Edit Format

Somehow I have changed my Word program such that the editor only shows a
print format (meaning that there are no drop downs at the top any longer and
no toolbars are available).

I cannot access anything --- no help --- no toolbars --- so that I can
change the display parameters.

Any ideas? Any tips on how to access help for further info? Control+ any
key does not work (for help).
