Help: Navigation Panel!

In the help section on OneNote 2007, it says there is supposed to be a
OneNote guide in the left side's navigation panel. My navigation panel
doesn't look like the one they show. Mine only has notebooks, unfiled notes,
and all notebooks as options. There is no reference section like the one that
is shown in the help section. Does anyone know why this is happening? It's
the first time I've ever even opened the program up!

Click the "All Notebooks" group and see if OneNote Guide appears as one of
the notebooks.

In case Ben's suggestions should not work:
Just use "File | Open" to open the notebook you are looking for.
