HELP need to copy and paste for work

Yesterday couldn't attache pictures to email now can't copy and paste
classes into email documents from word, it did it once today and now
edit is greyed out at the top and l use firefox.
Its urgent for me as disabled so my job is online teaching and there
crying out for next class.
Use vista and have had enough problems with that. Its word 2003 and
its been updated,

Something, such as a poorly written add-in, could be interfering with the
copy and paste operations. A common culprit is the Adobe Toolbar. See

If you are not using Adobe Acrobat, you may want to look for other add-ins.
