MS Word 2002 has disappeared along with shortcut to software setup in Start menu I cannot reinstall or repair MS word 2002. I get the message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network source that is unavailable. Click OK to try again -doesn't work-or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package WORDRET.MSI in the box below. The box below contains the words c:\swsetup\word. I cannot find WORDRET..MSI and I am on a stand alone computer not on any network (e-mail address removed) if you can help please
