Help Needed - BCM Performance

My BCM system is getting slower and slower with use. I have 128 contacts in
the business contacts and 37 Accounts. I have been using the system for
about 5 months and it is getting to be a problem. I have turned off most of
the email logging for my contacts because it slows down my machine too much
with I do my emails.

I am running the system on a compaq laptop; 500mz pentium II system with
500meg of memory and XP Pro. I am running MS Office 2003 and BCM SP1.

I haven't figured out a good way to archive individual accounts which may
have accumulated a lot of emails...

A hardware upgrade would definitely help the situation. I was running a
1.8GHz Celeron and recently upgraded to a Pentium 4 2.4GHz and noticed a big
difference. I also brought the system to 1GB of RAM. BCM is a hungry
program!
