Help needed in developing a nursing flow sheet for a stepdown uni.

hi. I am searching for software or microsoft help in developing a new patient
care flow sheet in our surgical step down unit, which is housed in our former
CCU. We are ICU nurses who do not want to use our ICU flow sheets for
surgical patients.(nurses will understand). Basically i just need a template
or help with MS word....too many colum choices for me in word, does not
facilitate the process)Thanks

Based on your description it sounds as if you are trying to develop a paper
form? Or, are you attempting to computerize your flow sheet? Depending on the
complexity of the sheet and what you want to do with the data it might be
possible to do it with a Word template. A more complicated form where the
data is collected might work better in Infopath.

Give me more information on what you are trying to accomplish, copies of any
forms that you need, and any equipment that you are using and I will offer
suggestions.
